How often should I receive a treatment?
While the natural cell turnover rate for a healthy scalp is approximately 14-21 days, this process can slow down as we age. For optimal scalp health and continued relaxation, we recommend a visit every 4–6 weeks. Maintaining a consistent hair routine between sessions is key to preserving your results.
Health & Safety
Are there health risks or considerations for the treatment?
Head spa treatments are generally safe and highly beneficial for most guests. If you have open sores, contagious scalp conditions, or any underlying medical concerns involving the neck or spine, please consult your physician before booking.
Is the treatment safe for pregnant guests?
Our products, including essential oils, are pregnancy-safe and we focus on gentle techniques. Because the ritual requires lying flat for an extended period, we recommend consulting your physician before booking to ensure your comfort and safety.

What is your payment policy?
Amara Luxe is a cashless and contactless facility. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments through our booking system.
What is your cancellation policy?
What happens if I missed my appointment?
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be considered a “No-Show”. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full reserved service price to the card on file.
Do you offer walk-ins or same-day appointments?
We operate by appointment only to ensure each guest receives a dedicated, quiet experience. While we do not take walk-ins, you can check our booking link for same-day availability or join the waitlist. Contact us by calling or texting at (737) 260-5958 to check availability.
Preparation & Arrival
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Wash and style your hair as usual in the days leading up to your visit. We ask that you please avoid shampooing for at least 24 hours prior; this allows us to see your scalp’s true condition. For the best treatment results, we recommend arriving with your hair in its natural state. Dirty hair and light makeup are perfectly fine.
How do I get to the location and when should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Detailed arrival instruction, including how to access the building, are included in your booking confirmation email.
Where should I park?
There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the building.
Will I be able to leave with dry hair?
Following your ritual, we recommend blow drying on the lowest heat setting to get your scalp to 100% dry and your hair to 70-80% dry. You will have access to self-blow dry your hair with provided styling products to ensure you leave feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
